Grafted x Grace strives to provide great customer service . Therefore, in instances where your order may be wrong,due to a mishap on our end, we will happily accept the item(s) back,  in return for your correct order. We reserve the right to decline, if item(s) are not in their original state. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Outside of those terms listed above, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. All items are throughly inspected before shipping.  Please be sure to read ALL listed ingredients.  Should you have any concerns, please contact us prior to any purchases on our site;  And we will address those concerns to the best of our abilities.
